Dear Dr. Reyes

Thank you for the blessed surgery.

I have been as high as 454lbs fifteen years ago. I have not been below 300lbs in 22 years. At surgery weigh 339. Seven weeks later I am at 270lbs. I had little discomforted from the surgery.

I feel great and my local Doctor said that my border line type 2 diabetes is no longer a problem. My blood pressure medicine has been cut in half.

One thing that helps in the wait lost is to eat right and exercise. I am swimming each morning for 45 minutes to 55 minutes and walking at least 3 miles a day.

I get to exercise now, for it feels good. Not the first 4 weeks it was hard and it laboring commitment. now I enjoy long walks with my bride of 42 years. Two weeks ago we got up early and walk tiil the sun rose and talk and dream of what next in our retirement years. When we finished that walk I took the car, and measured 7.2 miles. I never thought I would be signing up for a half marathon 13miles
next Dec 2015 Dallas, Tx.

Thanks again
God Bless
