I believe that Dr Almanza is the best surgeon once could have. He paid attention and competently handled my surgery with care and skill. The fact he himself once had the surgery performed is an added comfort when one is about to undergo the procedure. In the end, it was more fear than pain that occurred... The pre-op review was thorough with a cardiologist checking on me and the personnel was attentive and serious. The facility although small is well organized with competent personnel that has nothing to envy from the best personnel one can find in America in terms of their dedication and commitment and skills ...The fact so many surgeries are performed is an added comfort as to the experience and knowledge of the surgeon and the team....
Then the results that keep coming months and weeks into the follow through period and process... I would recommend it to anyone who has suffered from their weight and definitely to anyone for whom the band has not worked as this has worked for me!!!!!!
