This surgery has give me a new outlook on life. It is the perfect tool for me to use while restructuring my life style. It has taught me to make better nutritional choices and to be more active.
It was a struggle at first as my old habits tried very hard to take over, fortunately I was able to over come the obstacles and change to accomadate what my body now needs and craves.
I no longer feel pushed to exercise or cheated by removing sugars and starches from my diet. I crave fresh vegetables and fruit, my walking is a stress reliever that I look forward to every evening.
The weight loss has given me a sense of confidence that I haven't had in years. I feel younger and have a more positive outlook on life in general. It may not be for everyone but it works for me.
