4 weeks have passed since I started the pre-op diet and have had surgery and I'm 30 lbs down. Luckily I have had no pain or nausea, incisions are still healing. The new tummy is a tool. You have to learn how to feed it. Don't eat too fast or it comes right back up! Get your water in and and your protein in and do light exercise and the weight will drop!
After I got home my husband has been so supportive and so excited to see the weight drop off that he has decided to do it also.
