I want to start off saying - This has been a long journey for me. I believe I have cancelled and pushed back my appointments since 2016. It was nothing that Dr. Almanza and his staff did, it was because of the unknowing for me. I love food so much that I was under the impression I would never be able to eat again, which in the same breath I wanted to lose all this weight.
I got the chance to meet Mr. Jarred who called me out the blue and actually went over everything with me regarding the procedure and next steps for recovery. I have had many conversations with him which I am very grateful for. Mr. Jarred is actually the reason I chose to move forward with my surgery. He was patient, followed up with me and always wanted to push me for greatness.
I finally decided to move forward with surgery and I got it done on Labor Day. I was a little nervous honestly coming to Tijuana Mexico but my deposit was paid for and I was tired of gaining weight. It was time for a change. Cristian which was my Driver picked me up from airport and got my bags and took me across border and took me to facility.
I got there and process was fast, The receptionist checked me blood and did my paperwork and went upstairs and changed in my clothes and met with Mr. Almanza. He greeted me and was super nice, hospital was nice and clean.
We talked about my lifestyle change with the surgery and moving forward and I was walked in room for surgery.
I woke up in my room and there was some gas pains which you have to walk around but nothing severe were your in pain. The nurses were amazing, they came in every hour to check in on me. I just wanted to sleep lol
Overall I say if you are in doubt with anything take your time and research and also if you know you are not able to lose weight yourself, this is definitely the tool to get you where you need to be. Since September 7th till now I have lost 25 pounds and by tomorrow I will be out of the 300's.
Lastly when I got home - I drink a lot of water but still take my time, some pickle juice(My preference) and also protein drinks. I was up and down with my energy but now I am on track with taking my multivitamins and etc. You will receive everything you will need when you leave Facility.
I thank Dr.Almanza and his team and definitely Mr. Jarred for sure for everything- I will provide a before in after in 3 months lol
