On 9/22/2012,my life changed forever when I went to the Jerusalem Hospital and had Gastric Sleeve surgery with Dr. Mario Almanza. I had a great experience, great care and felt perfectly safe the whole time I was there. My starting weight was 260 lbs and I now weigh 188 at 11 months out. My weight has been slower because I have hypo-thyroidism, but I don't have a lot of loose skin which I like. I have lost a total of 43 inches. Ten of that was in my waist,Ten of that was in my hips and 10 was in my bustline. I have gone from size 22/24 & 3X to size 14, Large pants and they are large now. I will be dropping another size very soon. I have never regreted having my surgery and I recommend Dr. Almanza to anyone who is considering having gastric sleeve surgery in Tijuana, MX.
