Hello , My experience was great at Jerulsalem Hospital, this surgery was a life saver for me. At 397 lbs I had surgery on Feb 18th witch was my 44th birthday and at that weight I knew I was not going to see many more years if I didnt have this surgery, I chose to have the gastric sleeve , I had many co morbidities such as high blood pressure, sleep apnea and syptoms of diabeties . Dr Almanza and his staff were very caring and professional, Dr Almanza explained everything to me before the surgery and the recovery went without any problems, I would say that the gas pains were worse than the surgery ... bring gas x strips when you go, the nurses did not speak much english but we understood each other,and they kept my pain under control for me, I felt safe in Mexico and my wife and I stayed in a beautiful 5 star hotel, the Hotel Tucuan after my 1 night stay in the clinic, The drives took my wife shopping and most of them spoke good english, my wife really like Christian , he was very friendly.Now six months later I am 255 lbs and feeling great I got my life back and feel great, I am now able to enjoy life with with my family and will be able to see my grandaughter grow up , she will never know her fat papa..lol , I would recommend Dr Almanza and his staff to anyone battleing weight problems and I have, My sister n law saw my huge weight loss and how great I was feeling and I referred her right to Dr Almanza, she is doing great too and loosing weight and said she had a good experience there as well, So If your battleing a weight problem and not living life to its fullest, go get your life back with Dr Almanza and his staff and start living today..
