Ok soooooo I did have reservations. I had a lot of reservations. I was scared because I had heard and read many bad reviews about going to Mexico and even my doctor . But it was the complete opposite. Dr.Almanza was cool. The nursing staff was soooo nice to me. The drivers are nice. I can only say take that leap of faith to better yourself. Follow their instructions and just take that chance. Every process was simple. Of course you are in pain after surgery but after that first day of surgery the pain decreased by 50%. Make sure you have a Netflix account so you can watch American tv shows or movies. And yes bring a heating pad, the a/c makes the rooms extra cold. Yes there is sometimes a language barrier but not serious or bad enough that they don't understand you. I wouldn't change a thing about my experience with them. I would change my flights to non stop though instead of having layovers. Dr. almanza needs to promote himself more. I hate the fact that I read so many negative things about him and my process was beautiful and simple. I wish and his staff the best.
