I had tried for ten plus years to loose the weight I had gained. After I reached 212 lbs, I decide I needed to seek help. Many people in my school district had gone through this procedure, I researched the doctor and his clients. I went ahead and made plans for the gastric sleeve procedure during my winter break (2 weeks). The time allowed me to have surgury and recover, going back to teaching kindergarten.

I am so pleased with my results. I lost 62 lbs. in 7 months and now weigh in at 150. My feet don't hurt any more and I have the mobility and energy back. I do stretch, crunches and squats on a regular basis to help the shrinking process. My body has gone back without any stretch marks (thank goodness).
