I had a great experience. I had no pain after surgery and went back to work in one week and have just fine. My weight loss has been slow. my HW was 202 my sw 188 and current wt 168.6. I am hungry every two hours like clock work. I have to control my intake to <200 cals each time I eat. I try and only eat protein and drink protein shakes. I envy people who have lost the weight faster. I have no regrets and wish I would have done it earlier in my life. The entire experience was great.
