This my story,i was not allways big but after my son o my God,the weight was more then me i had high blood pressure my heart was going too fast i was 245lbs at 5ft so if u know what i saying,i wanted to do the surgery for years but it was costing too much untill i heard about Dr.Almanza.

The cost was just right for me i didnt have it but i borrowed it,my night at the hosipital was ok the nices was very very good they never leave us it was checking,i am not sorry now i am very happy i last 75lbs i even got married since too,this is not my computer i dont have a picture at this time but any one who thinking on doing this u will be happy just fellow the steps.
