Let me start by saying my wife did tons of research before deciding who to go with for the surgery. She and I traveled from Atlanta, GA together and both had the same surgery. We were treated great during our time in their care. Dr. Almanza and his staff was very professional and the procedure went just as expected. I have had no complications and receive complements daily on how I look. I went into surgery at 260 lbs and now, just 2 months later, I am at 222 lbs and probably for the first time in my life actually lost weight during the holiday season. My wife by the way has lost 30 lbs. We are feeling satisfied with smaller meals and experiencing no hunger. The only regret is that we didn't do it sooner.
