Its been life changing! I 'm now not obsessing about my weight 24/7!I was before I had the surgery. I was thinking about food all the time and wanting food all the time. Now I am not. I use to hate to shop because it was hard to find clothes that fit me. Now I like to shop, its a lot easier to find clothes that fit. I have to mentally wrap my head around the fact that I can fit into smaller clothes. I automatically gravitate to the plus size racks. I'm reprograming my brain and adjusting to my great new body. Wow, I'm even getting over scale phobia. I'm excited when I can sit in a seat without hanging over the edges. Go figure! I can now walk by people in the movie theater without knocking their cups over because of my big butt. I'm becoming not so picture shy because I like the way I look now and I didn't then. I don't have to worry about airplane seats or amusement park ride seats being to small for me. It's so liberating !!I do ask myself, why didn't I do this sooner?
