My Experience:

The surgery center people all spoke English & was very clean. The motel was great, again everyone spoke English and the TV had a couple of English channels (plus my laptop had Netflix) and the hospital staff at the motel were there to assist you in the bandage changing & of course the otter pops, broth in the restaurant was right there. When I got back to the Airport I drove myself 5 hrs home but I did have a friend with me just in case. That's how little the pain was.
I did not have any extra procedures done nor have any of those issues develop so far.
I'm back to work doing things I had not been able to do for years.
