Not hungry at all ! I do know when I need to have a protein shake or some nourishment give me a pick up ! The first week after surgery was the hardest part just the gas from the surgery - walk it off and ice cubes helped the most - my blood pressure was down after three days stopped meds - my rumatoid arthritis is under check no pain my hands and feet feel great I can move all my joints with out pain ! Made it all worth it - I was such an emotional eater and now I'm not !!! So so happy !!!!
