Well it is amazing how fast a year has almost gone by. Today I got to see Dr.Almanza and ad a picture taken. Although Ilook alittle tired in the picture it isss because I just finished a 23hr drive to Mexico. But I love the picture 138lbs lost to date and still losing. Thank youu Dr.Almanza for helping me become a healthier me. My only regret is that I didnt do this proceedure sooner. Im looking great feeling great and loving the new me. I Love this journey I am on!!!
