Patients refer other patients, not physicians.
Refer a friend and earn Promotional Referral Credit. After your referred friend completes their first qualifying purchase, Promotional Referral Credit may be added to your account in accordance with these Terms. Unless otherwise stated as part of a specific promotion, Promotional Referral Credit is generally awarded only once for each referred customer.
Weight Loss Agents does not pay cash commissions. Instead, we offer Promotional Referral Credit that may be redeemed toward eligible future purchases.
Promotional Referral Credit:
- Has no cash value.
- Is non-transferable.
- Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- May only be applied toward eligible future purchases through Weight Loss Agents.
- Does not constitute wages, salary, commissions, earned income, profit sharing, or compensation of any kind.
- Does not create any employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or independent contractor relationship between you and Weight Loss Agents.
Weight Loss Agents reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether any product, service, subscription, purchase, referral, promotion, account activity, or transaction qualifies for the Referral Program. We may make reasonable judgment calls regarding products, services, referrals, purchases, promotions, and other activity that may or may not qualify under the Referral Program. Eligibility requirements may change at any time, with or without notice.
Weight Loss Agents reserves the right to charge shipping, handling, fulfillment, processing, or similar fees on orders redeemed using Promotional Referral Credit, even where such costs are ordinarily included within advertised pricing or not separately itemized. Any order placed using Promotional Referral Credit may be subject to minimum shipping, handling, fulfillment, or processing charges, at our sole discretion.
Referral Credit amounts may consist of a fixed dollar amount, a percentage-based credit, or another promotional incentive, as determined solely by Weight Loss Agents. Referral Credit amounts, qualifying purchases, redemption rules, eligibility requirements, and promotional offers may change from day to day, with or without notice.
The Referral Program is a promotional customer loyalty program intended to reward existing customers for sharing their personal experiences with others. It is not intended to compensate participants for referring patients to physicians, medical practices, pharmacies, or other healthcare providers, nor is it intended to compensate participants for recommending any particular medical treatment or medical provider.
This Referral Program is offered solely by Weight Loss Agents. It is not offered by, on behalf of, or in partnership with any physician, medical practice, pharmacy, healthcare provider, or other third party. Any Promotional Referral Credit is provided solely by Weight Loss Agents and is not compensation for referring a patient to any particular physician, medical practice, pharmacy, or healthcare provider.
Participants should recommend Weight Loss Agents only based upon their own genuine personal experience. Participants must not provide medical advice unless appropriately licensed to do so, represent themselves as speaking on behalf of Weight Loss Agents, represent themselves as employees, agents, or representatives of Weight Loss Agents, make guarantees regarding medical outcomes or treatment results, or make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated statements regarding Weight Loss Agents or its products or services.
Participants are solely responsible for all statements, recommendations, representations, endorsements, and communications they make regarding Weight Loss Agents. Participants agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Weight Loss Agents, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, physicians, pharmacies, business partners, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to such statements, conduct, or participation in the Referral Program.
Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer protection, and disclosure laws, including making clear and conspicuous disclosures whenever legally required when recommending or discussing Weight Loss Agents or its services.
Participation in the Referral Program is a privilege, not a right. Weight Loss Agents reserves the right to suspend, deny, terminate, or revoke participation, Promotional Referral Credit, referrals, or Referral Program benefits at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
Weight Loss Agents further reserves the right to deny, reverse, withhold, adjust, cancel, reclaim, or expire Promotional Referral Credit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that credit was issued in error, obtained through fraud, abuse, misuse, suspicious activity, excessive or commercially unreasonable activity, self-referrals, refunded transactions, chargebacks, duplicate referrals, violations of these Terms, or any conduct inconsistent with the spirit or intended purpose of the Referral Program.
Weight Loss Agents' interpretation of these Terms, Referral Credit awards, qualifying purchases, referrals, participant eligibility, and all other matters relating to the Referral Program shall be final and binding in all respects.
Expiration of Promotional Referral Credit. Each award of Promotional Referral Credit expires twelve (12) months from the date it is issued to your account, unless a different expiration period is stated at the time of a specific promotion. Promotional Referral Credit is applied on a first-issued, first-used basis, so the credit closest to its expiration date is used first. Expired Promotional Referral Credit is forfeited automatically, has no cash value, cannot be reinstated, reissued, extended, or redeemed, and will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. It is your responsibility to redeem Promotional Referral Credit before it expires.
The Referral Program is void where prohibited by law.
