At first I was scared, another country. The DR and nurses re assure you of everything and are very thorough. The most friendliest people ever. very accommodating. everyone was happy to work with you.

Pros: very talented Dr and nurses, they know what they are doing. answer all questions with results.

Cons: walking around town all them street vendors cooking over charcoal smells very good but had no urges to eat. also flew in via airplane 4 hrs return flight felt like for ever. my metabolism was set high couldn't sleep.
