I had back surgery for the second time in March 2016! My highest weight at that point was 217! I have a lot of weakness in my right leg now and my foot no longer lifts due to nerve damage. I could no longer go walking like I use to. I gained about 60 lbs before making the decision to have the sleeve. I decided my back couldn't handle the weight. January 30 2017 I had the sleeve done. Today makes 3 months and I'm already down 50 lbs. my high weight became 260! I'm now at 210! I had a better experience in Mexico than I've ever had in the USA! They were all wonderful. The pain was minimal and I was back to work in one week. I can see how the weight had started affecting me emotionally and physically. I feel better and my back is getting better. I'm use to the. Ew way of eating. It's really not bad at all. I have an office job but I work so much I haven't even started the gym yet. If your trying to decide what to do I would definitely recommend going with Dr. Almanzo in Tijuana Mexico! The team there is amazing.
