I have spent the majority of my adult life struggling with my weight , trying everything I could to get to a healthy weight I tried diet after diet and although it worked from time to time I always seemed to go up and down in weight and as most people that have struggled with weight it takes a toll not only on your body but self image, I met someone that had told me about Dr, Almanza and the Gastric Sleeve. So i started to do some research and at first struggled with the decision to move forward with the process after making the call and requesting the info it made the choice a lot easier everyone i spoke with was so helpful in answering my questions. But i still felt i needed more info I did a lot of research in the before and after of having a Gastric sleeve and I will say some had good outcomes and others not so good as i continued with my research I realized that everyone will always have a different outcome its what you do with your new life choices after that truly make a difference
It has been just about 11 months now and as much as i would like to say it has been easy it isn t you have to be willing to change the way you think about food the most important thing i can say is everyone Is different and the results will be .
But I wish I would have discovered this along time ago . My life has changed for the better I ve lost almost 75lbs and i feel wonderful! I was between a size 16-18 and now I m a 0-2 , I feel healthier then i ever have again I will say the road was not always easy I had to learn how to eat again some things i may never be able to eat again but that s a part of the change this is not just a surgery and all is great its a life long choice for a better healthier you !!!
