In 2009 I had a back surgery that put me in bed for 3 years. I counld not walk very well much less exercise, so I gained weight as I stayed in bed and ate whatever I wanted. At one point when I would have to get out of the house, I would have to use a walker or go to places that had buggies for me to push and hang on to.

We were all there because of different life style reasons and chooses we made in the past, but now we all had the same goal.
The Doctors and staff at the hospital and recovery house all went above and beyond their call of duty. Even seven months after my surgery they still call and text me to see how I am doing.
I have been so happy to report to them that I have lost 101 pound in 7 months. I also have gone from size 28 to size 16. Thats six size!!! Now walking, running, dancing, and even shopping have been such a new joy in my life that I have'nt been able to do for a very long time.
To this day, I still keep in touch with the ladies from my trip to St. Jerusalem Hospital. They are all just as happy as I am. Each one of us would do it all over again in a heart beat.
