I was not in the 'greatly obese' category before the surgery...I weighed 160 and that was the heaviest I had ever been.

After my hysterectomy, I had started putting on weight fairly quickly and did not want to be any bigger. I tried dieting many times and failed. I had a family member who had gastric sleeve at this same facility one year prior and when I saw her success, I knew I wanted to do it too.
