When we first got to the Mexico hospital every one was nice and helpful. They took good care of me for the first 2 days.(we stayed for 5 days) I went for the sleeve to bypass revision because I has bad acid reflux.but the morning of the surgery the doctor talked me into getting the mini bypass because it was safer and supposedly gave the same results. I didn't know till later that the mini bypass can make acid reflux and stomach bile worse. The day of surgery they treated me good and allowed me to have ice. The second day after surgery they let me have broth and apple juice. Then they say d they were moving me to my own room, I thought this is great. But after I got moved to my private room I wasn't treated anyway. They never came in to check on me or offer me anything. My husband kept hunting people down and asking to see my surgeon but he never came.
