After surgery I was up and walking around shopping. The pain was very minimal. I had an amazing group of staff to care for me. I felt way different after than I was expecting. I did go through a rough time for a bit with the amount I was able to eat. No matter what know that it gets easier. The weight started coming off fast. I to this date have lost 89lbs. I have so much more energy and motivation. I am now eating a healthy amount. My only issue is drinking enough, but different people have different issues. I get by but my DR thinks I need to drink more. This was the very best decision of my life.
