I am only 5'2 and I had reached 171 lbs. The doctors told me I was pre-diabetic. I had fatty liver. I had sugar in my blood. I was terrible and to top it off I was informed that due to my age, my body was not burning fat due to low metabolism.

I made the conscious decision to get the surgery.

It has been 3 months. I am 142 lbs. I feel so much energy. My blood tests are normal and I just started eating everything I ate before. I do eat small meals and I am glad for my small tummy. I never want to be fat ever again.
