Decided to have the surgery. Dr. Chou was awesome. His communication made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. He continually called to see how things were going.
The hospital stay was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was out the next day. I believe the hardest part is learning how to change diet.
So today as I right this I'm now 205 and have not been that weight since college. My life style eating habbits have changed for the better. This surgery gave me the boost I needed to get on track right with mind and body. Before I had a very hard time doing that.
