I have lost 153 pounds in a little over one year. My starting weight was 375 lbs. I was miserable and didn't even know it. I have a new life now. I want to go out and do things I couldn't do before my surgery. I have been parasailing, I love going to the waterpark. Life is so much more enjoyable. Don't put it off any longer! I wish I would have had my surgery long before I did. I was scared but it was the BEST decision I have ever made.
