The weight loss agents was wonderful. It was easy. I even brought my daughter with me to have the surgery. The weight loss agent group was always around us and kept us safe. They were so kind and accommodating to my daughter and I. From the time we got off of the air plane at San Diego until we arrived back at the Airport to fly home, I was never worried or scared. The surgery went well. The only downside at the hospital was not all of the nurses understood this southern accent. The first night was uncomfortable due to gas pains. But, pain from surgery I never felt. The next morning we were transferred back to our hotel. The nurses and doctors that took care of us at the hotel was nice and the nurse was available 24/7. They were so nice and caring. I loved Alex. She was our nurse most of the time. The hotel staff was wonderful and waited on us like Queens. I don't have one bad thing to say about this agency at all.
The part that isn't easy is this. I am from the South. When we are happy we eat, when we are sad we eat, when we have company we eat. After the surgery, you have to learn what you can and can't eat. You are very limited on how much you can eat. You are not hungry but socially I had to learn that I can't socially eat the way I used to. That has been the hardest thing for me to adjust to.
So if you are back and forth like I was for years, ask yourself would I like to come off of diabetic meds, or high blood pressure meds, or would I like to have tons of energy again, or would I love to feel good about myself, or would I love to shop in the normal clothing section? If your answer is yes to any of these questions, book your surgery. You will not regret it at all.
