After having my kids I gained a lot of weight, I tried multiple diets along with exercise but the same way I would lose weight, I would gain it right back. I eventually started noticing that I would get extremely tired of walking up the stairs and my energy level was low so I decided to do something about it.

I was 236 pounds when I got my Gastric Sleeve Done. It has been slightly less than 9 months and I have now lost a total of 60 pounds. That is without any exercise or restrictions. I basically eat everything and anything, of course, extremely smaller portions now. I know if I was to exercise or be a little more physically active, I would probably lose even more weight. Unfortunately my job and kids keep me very occupied and I have no time for anything else.
