Well dont even know where to start.. so far I have lost a total of 40lbs and im extremely happy, at one point you will Stop loosing weight but then you start loosing again.. not going to lie have days want to eat everything and anything but unfortunately your body wont tolerate it nd you will definitely vomit soo try your best on not making those bad decisions... like I said this was the best decision i ve ever made!!.
