I was more than pleased to write this testimonial. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and the results continue to do the same. Dr. Almanza and his team were professional, kind and thorough from scheduling a convenient surgery date, to the procedure and their follow up. I am a registered nurse, so I was watching every move with a skilled eye.
Given that I have never had any surgery or medical procedure before, I had concerns and going out of the country did concern me. However, after meeting the team, seeing the facility, talking with the other clients, I entered the procedure with faith and confidence.
I weighed in at 196 lbs and 11 months later I am 134 lbs! I love, love, love my body now!! I had been trying for years to lose weight, with no success, after two children and a stressful career which made me eat. On a 5ft 5in frame, 194 lbs is a lot of weight to carry around. My knees were feeling weak and I was always tired-needless to say I didn't look good.
We bought bikes as a family and ride when ever we get the opportunity, I love to take walks and I feel great! I receive compliments daily on my appearance. People often say I look 10-20 years younger!
I have changed my diet and food is no longer a center piece in my life. This is an excellent facility and medical team. I feel so blessed to have had my surgery with them.
