Wow! All I can say is Wow! From the moment I signed up for gastric sleeve, the customer service was remarkable!! Upon arrival in San Diego, they pick me and another person who was having the surgery up in a limousine. It was a short and pleasant drive over the border. We went straight to the hospital where all the pre-surgery stuff was done. The lady who put my I.V. stint in was remarkable, it was painless. Once we were done with all the pre-surgery stuff, they took us to the Tucan Hotel, which is a 4 star hotel and lived up to everything that a person would want in luxury!
The next day, the day of the surgery, I was the first patient to have the Gastric Sleeve surgery done. It seemed as if I was done in about 30-40 min. The nurses lead me to my medical bed right across the hall. It seemed every hour on the hour my nurse would come in and check on me the entire night.
The next day, I was shuttled backed to my hotel room where I stated the rest of the time. I wanted for nothing. 5 star treatment was given all the way around! P.S. Their chicken broth is to die for, the best I have ever had!
The return trip home went off perfectly.
If I can make one suggestion, it would be to make sure that you take enough pain medication home with you! This is not to say that you will be in a lot of pain, YOU WILL NOT BE! I only recommend it for the discomfort you will have. The pain medication eases this for you immensely!
I learned this the hard way!!!! BUT, the customer services still continued, as I called Trudi Le Druillenec and ordered more medication. There was however, a little problem that I caused in the order causing a late delivery for the medication. BUT, I WANT IT TO GO ON RECORD, that Trudi recognized this late delivery and went about and beyond the call of duty and overnight a few pain pills to keep me comfortable until the medications I ordered arrived.
Being in customer service for over 25 years, I try to give the best customer service I can to my customers. However, I do not even hold a candle to the customer services I received from Hospital Jerusalem. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
